Book Review: Loyalty and Lies by L.A. Cotton

Loyalty and Lies by L.A. Cotton

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Wow!! What a riveting story, I couldn’t put the book down. L.A. Cotton who wrote Loyalty and Lies hit it on the spot with hit story, I loved it right from the beginning. This YA romance is so captivating.
Starts out with Savannah, needing to go far away from home for college and she thought Chastity Falls would be perfect, she will just go to school, get her education and hopefully heal herself from the pain she is in. How lucky is she that she gets a roommate who wants to have fun and attend parties. Savannah just wants to be left alone, but goes with her roommate to the first party of the year.
Jackson Pierce is just trying to keep Braedon out of trouble, Braedon and Jackson are part of the football team. But Braedon seems to have a beef with everyone. When Savannah runs into Braedon at the party she ignores him, no one ignores Braedon, he is not happy. Jackson sees her and grabs her to safety, which she doesn’t realize at the time. There is chemistry between Savannah and Jackson, not something of them want to have.
I just loved this story, it is very intense throughout the pages, and the writing is remarkable, the author brings you right into the story, the characters are well developed and I couldn’t put the book down.
This books brings plenty of action, romance, mystery and suspense all wrapped in one book
