20 Books That Made You Fall in Love with Reading

I saw this on Goodreads and I thought cool, I have been thinking about books I read growing up. I am having a hard time remember all the awesome books I read. I loved to read when I was growing up. something I did all the time.  Of course I wanted to read the books I liked not the ones assigned in school, even though there were many great books. Well Goodreads has a list of 20 Books that made you fall in love with reading. Only 3 books were on the list that I liked or remembered reading so I thought I would share my list of books that I can remember reading:

These are some of the books that I remember reading when I was younger. I loved all the books and of course had to read more from each author. I remember reading Are You There God? It’s Me Margaret and not able to put the book down. I loved reading all of Judy Blooms books.

The same thing with the Outsiders, read all that was written by the Author S.E. Hinton. I thought all these books were awesome. I loved the Flowers in The Attic series as well. I have never watched the movie though.

Of course I read more then this list, I just cant remember them all. But thinking of these books bring back wonderful memories of my childhood. Back when I was young we had no electronic devices to play with, lot of the time there wasn’t anything to watch on tv. so I spent most of my time reading.

Do you remember what you read when you were young?

What books do you remembered that you loved to read?

 I love this quote, Diana
“I’m wondering what to read next.” — Matilda, Roald Dahl
